Consciousness and Existence.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
Dear Deepak,
Since everything came from Nothing, how can that “Absolute State” be Nothing and Awareness at the same time? What is the difference between Awareness and Nothingness? What is the difference between Awareness and Consciousness? What is difference between Empty space and Nothingness? Are they same? If there is a single unbroken eternal Truth which has always existed and which is Unknowable, then how can we say it exists? I seek the Truth, Deepak, please provide guidance.
Response:
Awareness and consciousness are synonyms. Pure Consciousness or pure existence is a field of pure potentiality, creativity, and energy. It is not empty, in fact it is full of everything in its uncreated, unmanifest form. It is nothing only in the respect that it is unmanifest, it has “no things” in it. In the same way, our silent awareness has nothing in it, yet it can think of and express any new thought or idea.
In regards to your question about how truth can exist, I think you may be getting caught up on the physical interpretation of the word “existence.” To say eternal Truth exists is merely to say that Truth is. It’s not to suggest that it occupies space and time like a coffee cup.
Love,
Deepak
a universe or universes in which consciousness is impossible is a condition in which all possibilities are unrealizable. This creates a permanent contradiction which is synonymous with absolute. nothingness.
deepak chopra = massive ego that cant handle when he dies he`ll become nonexistent for eternity
What great questions! 1)Since everything came from Nothing, how can that "Absolute State" be Nothing and Awareness at the same time? - The absolute state is Nothing and Everything at the same time. The Truth is a contradiction. This is the part our mind can`t grasp but tries so hard to understand; we therefore must transcend/leave the mind behind/quite the mind. 2) What is the difference between Awareness and Nothingness? -Awareness is the absolute. It is not a state nor experience nor aware of anything therefore often referred to as the "nothingness". It is the background from which consciousness arises. Consciousness is pure beingness, it is the very "I am" of our being before anything else came into being: I am...a mother, a father, a woman, a name, a title. 3) If there is a single unbroken eternal Truth which has always existed and which is Unknowable, then how can we say it exists? - We know based on being "it". It is the realization based on being rather than based on knowledge. Knowledge is of this world: ideas, thoughts, words, experience and so on. "Knowing the Truth" is not based on knowledge but based on being "it". There is no separation, no gap between the seer and what is seen. Thank you for these questions and helping me to "re-member" : )
