Confused in Meditation.
When your mind and heart are truly open abundance will flow to you effortlessly and easily.
Question:
Dear sir,
during meditation, there comes a point when awareness becomes confused or lost or vulnerable as if I don’t know what to do. And when I realized that, I again start focusing on my breath. Can you explain more clearly about what is happening?
Response:
If you feel confused or lost in meditation, treat it just like any other thought that comes up in meditation. Take it as a signal that you are ready to come back to thinking the mantra. There is no need to analyze the content of the feeling or figure out where the confusion is coming from. All any thought indicates is that a normalization process in the mind/body system is complete and now you are ready to dive back into the silence of the self.
