Those who are enlightened do not have a preference to associate themselves with. They simply enjoy having the opportunity of being able to help some one else enlighten themselves. Deepak will associate more to famous people of course, but not because they are Famous and have money. Choppra wants to bring about mass enlightenment. Unfortunately, most people are influenced, and religiously follow famous people`s conducts, whether consciously or unconsciously. If he had the opportunity to affect at least one famous person, so that this person could affect others and thus create a chain effect that would lead to enlightenment or positivity, I believe he would take that chance, no matter how he would be viewed. It takes more insight to see a picture rather than just seeing the surface. Best regards.

reply to "don`t know//" The comment I posted was not a judgement, it was an observation. Very much, like if a dog was to take a leak on my shoe, I would not judge the dog, but observe what it was doing. I would merely observe what was going on. By your standards then, it would follow that, only because I don`t maybe approve of something or maybe dislike it, I automatically judge it? That is not true. Just because something doesn`t sit well with me, doesn`t mean that I`m judging it. Just as I`m sure that if someone betrayed you or treated you like dirt for the amusement of others, you wouldn`t judge him/her either, but just accept the fact that you are experiencing whatever it is. I may not be judging a bankrobber, but I sure as hell do not personally approve of what he`s doing. Why? Because it`s not the most exemplary thing to do. It`s not my fault if feelings of reproach arise in me, after all, I`m only human. It was merely a conditioned pattern giving of a stink, but I didn`t give in to it; I merely observed and accepted it, and gave my response. Deepak Chopra is probably the only spiritual figure who consorts - or for that matter, is associated on a regular basis - with celebrities (apart from Eckhart Tolle who at least doesn`t do it as much). In my world, those two things don`t mix; no, really, c`mon - couple of months ago, he was was seen with 50 cent. Anyone of you ever read his lyrics? They`re pretty much about violence and degrading women and how much money he`s got. I can`t believe how Deepak would want to be associated with all of that, by appearing together in a picture. I bet if I wanted to get in touch with him, I`d probably have to go through like a thousand channels - but if I was rich and famous, hey!, no problem, step right in! I think I`ll stick with Neale d Walsch...
